General contracting Terms and Conditions
These general contracting conditions apply to any User that wants to become a member of Òmnium Civil Rights Europe through the sign-up options available at www.omnium.eu (the Website).

Adhesion as a member through the Website implies the acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Before accepting them, we recommend you to read them carefully. If you do not accept them, membership will not become effective and there will be no formal relationship between you and Civil Rights Europe.
By signing up as a member of Òmnium Civil Rights Europe you hereby declare to have legal capacity to accept these Terms and Conditions.
Òmnium Civil Rights Europe may modify the content or scope of these General Contracting Terms and Conditions at any moment and without any previous notification. We recommend you to review them from time to time as it is your responsability to be updated on their content.
Member sign-up
To become a member of Òmnium Civil Rights Europe, User has to choose the membership fee out of the options offered on the Website. The sign-up process will later be completed after all requested personal data have been provided and a concrete payment method selected.
Fees and payment methods

Once the payment has become effective, Òmnium Civil Rights Europe will notify the member.
Right to withdraw
Member can opt out of the sign-up process within the term of fourteen (14) days since the sign-up process started. The only exception to this is in those situations where the member has already enjoyed any membership benefits.
To exercise the right to withdraw, member should fill in the withdrawal form . Òmnium Civil Rights Europe will refund withdrawing members within fourteen (14) days after the withdrawal has been duly communicated.
Complaints filing
Members may contact with Òmnium Civil Rights Europe using the form available in the Section 'Members' section' of the Website to lodge any complaints. Òmnium Civil Rights Europe will process them and reply as soon as possible, with a maximum response time of one (1) month since they were received.
Personal data protection
Our Privacy Policy defines how we collect and protect members' data, and how we comply with the current legal framework.
Severability
Should any of the sections of these General Contracting Terms and Conditions be declared invalid or illegal, partially or on its entirety, its nullity will only affect said Section, without impacting the rest of the Section, or the rest of the General Contracting Terms and Conditions, to the extent that this nullity does not affect the General Contracting Terms and Conditions interpretation.
Online dispute resolution procedures
Òmnium Civil Rights Europe allows all members to conduct any claims using the online dispute resolution procedures available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr , in conformity with Article 14 of the 524/2013 European Parliament Regulation on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes.
Jurisdiction
Any potential conflicts or disagreements that may arise in the interpretation or application of the Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and resolved by the Courts of Justice determined by the applicable legal framework.
