However, Òmnium Civil Rights Europe does not warrant the availability or continued access to the Website, that there are no errors in its contents or that its contents are up-to-date.

Any potential conflicts or disagreements that may arise in the interpretation or application of the Terms and Conditions shall be referred to and resolved by the Courts of Justice determined by the applicable legal framework.
